The cottage is well furnished and stylishly finished. You will feel instantly welcomed, just like coming home.

If you can bare the midges the bench out the front is a lovely place to start or end your day with a mug / glass of something in hand, equally too is the sun porch and probably the way to avoid the midges! Wherever you sit, inside or out, just drink in that view, the birdsong and utter peace.

The kitchen is fabulous and is well equipped if you intend cooking. My colleague and I were staying whilst working on Ardnamurchan so the cute puffin mugs and wine glasses was the extent of our needs!

The shower was A-MAY-ZING! I have long thick hair and the water pressure made light work of it. I usually avoid washing my hair when I'm away because it's hard work if the shower isn't up to it. Not so here and there was a decent hair dryer too. Big hair welcome!

Lesley and her family, including their keen collie, were so warm and welcoming. I can't speak highly enough of this stay. Thank you Lesley.

The cottage was very well furnished/equipped, warm and comfortable. The location is beautiful and a perfect base to explore the area in all directions! There are some great local amenities within walking distance of the accommodation - hotel, shop, cafe, bakery etc which we made good use of.
